  Our car was put in the shop from damage Our Insurance Arranged a Rental from Enterprise The car had issues with the brakes that got worse the 2nd day of the rental (Saturday afternoon) So I called the road service number and they had me take the car to the CVG airport to swap it out. When we got there the ramp agent closed out the rental which left us stranded with no vehicle. Customer Service could not help. And they wanted us to rent a car at 5 times the rate my insurance is paying. Plus a 400 Dollar Deposit. Then said we don't take debit cards. So we were left 30 Miles from Home with no recourse till Monday they said. We ended up having to Uber Home, with no way to get to work on Sunday. Terrible that large companies like this get away with the stuff they pull.

  Totally the best havent had a problem with enterprise in 7 years. The ease of operation is superp. Cars are always clean. Pick up.and return is fantastic. But you don't have to take my word for it try it yourself and form your own oppinion. Im just a happy camper. Enterprise keep on keeping on. Your company is the hostest with the meostest, thanks for being you.

  On the bright side of Airport Car Rental, the entire staff was wonderful. Especially Olivia, wearing her Enterprise Green fingernail polish and sunny disposition... and she helped me set-up the Carplay before I left the airport. Young people like Olivia give us hope for the future.

  I had a very frustrating experience with Cecil, the manager at this location. I originally had a reservation at another location, but due to a mishap, I was referred to the CVG location after being told they had vehicles available. I drove 45 minutes based on that information. When I arrived, they said they couldn’t find my reservation. I explained the situation, and Cecil immediately told me they don’t accept walk-ups, that they were completely sold out, and that I needed to go back to the original location. I called the original location while standing there, and they confirmed they did have vehicles available at CVG and advised me to book online. After already spending about 35 minutes trying to resolve this, I booked the car online for the CVG location. I showed Cecil my reservation, and suddenly I was able to get a car with no issue. The entire process after booking online took less than 5 minutes. What’s most frustrating is that Cecil never once suggested booking online as a solution. Instead, he repeatedly told me there was “absolutely nothing” he could do. When I asked him why he didn’t mention that option from the beginning, he had no answer. I was on a tight schedule trying to get to a wedding, and his lack of helpfulness, poor communication, and dismissive attitude made an already stressful situation much worse. He also came across as very snobby and unaccommodating, even making a point to emphasize a $400 deposit without offering any real assistance. Overall, this experience felt unnecessarily difficult due to poor customer service. I expected much better from a manager.

  Enterprise is the best rental car company by far! And, Michell from CVG is the best Enterprise Agent that we have ever met! Michell saved us, and was able to rent us a vehicle to our final destination when all the other rental companies would not. Background: Our flights to our final destination were cancelled and delayed. The best we could do was book a flight to CVG that got us close to our final destination. So, we tried to book a rental car to continue our journey and drive to our final destination. It was late at night, and only 3 rental car companies were open at CVG. We weren't worried because we had previously booked a "confirmed reservation" with "Lieing Hertz the Hurtful" (another story and review later) but when we arrived at the counter, the Hurtful Hertz Agent said they are all sold out! What? We had a "confirmed reservation." Sorry, we're all sold out!. So, we tried the next rental counter... all sold out! So, we tried the next and last rental counter and met Michell. We explained our situation, and Michell was able to rent us a vehicle to get us to our final destination, and saved us the cost of an Uber, Hotel, and another attempt to rent a vehicle the following day. Michell deserves a big, thank you and job well done. She exemplifies great customer service and excellence at its highest level! Thank You Enterprise and especially, Thank You Michell!
