I booked a vehicle weeks in advance of needing it. It was only after payment it was revealed that there wasn't After Hours Pickup. SiXT desk closed at 11 PM, my plane was scheduled for 10:35 arrival. Hotel rooms were already booked / paid elsewhere. When I called to enquire about afterhours, I was told I could pick the vehicle up the next morning.
I had to cancel and receive only about 1/2 of what I'd paid in return.
Lesson learned.
Edit: After scrolling the reviews, I should never had dealt with this company. I'm actually happy to be done with them even if it cost me quite a bit.

Was told by employee “August” at rental car counter that his Step Mom was a “Local News Weather Producer” and she told him that there would be a winter storm over the next two days and I should pay $40 more per day to upgrade to an SUV. Turns out all they had were SUVs and better yet look at the attached photo of the forecast. The low is 49 and the high is 61. Are you kidding me? Gave Sixt a chance once at CVG but never again. Was told this is a franchise location by the incompetent manager who did nothing but say he would “have a talk” with August about not telling lies. I can’t believe this behavior. I cancelled and went with National.
