Our rental was nice, clean, and pulled up to the door with the heater on ready to go for us when we walked out of the airport! - MJmohammad jarabahNov 30, 20251.0If they have listen, one star, I will give them they have the root Customer service Ever I have my reserve car and I drove two hours to get to get my car from there and when I get over there, he told me I don’t have any car we overbooked the guy over there he refused to give me his name or any information he don’t have even a Tag in his name I asked to talk to supervisor he said I’m the only person Working over there and he’s the manager I show him my reservation number and he still refused to give me a car. I will never rent Car from enterprise.
