I came in to ask questions about 3 things and really only got to address 1 because the man told me he was busy and had a lot of things to do. My car will make it until I can get it to the shop but I thought staff was supposed to be willing to help more readily. I've had good experiences in the past where they were willing to help me with batteries and checking error codes but apparently not today. ☹

Called the Auto Zone in Hebron KY and the gentlemen there were very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I got the right battery. They even put it in for me in the pouring down rain. Thank you Dwayne and crew. I will never go any other place but there.
