I called because my Honda Odyssey was having battery problems. I spoke with Charlie the manager. He was incredibly professional and very helpful. I set up a time to bring the car by close to closing time. Charlie assessed the battery to be in good working order as well as the alternator and the starter. Turns out I also needed a headlight replaced which he was happy to assist with. Well I ended up not spending very much money. Charlie was absolutely fantastic with customer service. I will definitely be back. The professionalism and kindness was much appreciated.

I cannot speak highly enough about the auto-zone team at this location. I was out of town traveling for the holidays and just as I was about to start the journey back home, my car wouldn’t start.
David Stancel went above and beyond and followed me back to my house in his truck to help remote start my vehicle so I could drive it back to the shop and get the battery changed.
He then changed the battery quickly and efficiently so I could get back home safely.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store! The customer service is top notch. It's cold, I've been stranded at work twice this week and my car is determined to make it a difficult week but Dwayne and his staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and help with my issue. Between diagnostics, advice, and finding a solution quickly, plus they considered the affordability for this mom of 3 at Christmas. 10/10. So refreshing to find good customer service these days.
