- GBGreg BDec 17, 20255.05 star service by the young lady working in parking garage, in the frigid cold, Dec 16 early morning in the car return area. Due to an on- screen car dash alert, I had to find an outside air source to add air to all 4 tires, in snow & sub zero wind chill, on day 3 of my 7 day rental. Tire pressure clearly not checked pre-rental so low when car was rented and freezing weather took it below minimum triggering dash alert. At car return, when asked how the rental was, I mentioned having to add air to all 4 tires outside in freezing cold. While unhapppy with who ever services & checks Alamo vehicles between rentals, the low tire pressure was not her fault so I was not upset (at that point) nor demanding or expecting anything from her. She apologized & offered, to gave me a credit on the rental cost. Customer service like that is what rights a wrong and generates repeat customers.
