  No lines, now waiting when I checked out and returned car, competent and capable staff during both contacts. I prefer to use Alamo any time I rent.

  I can’t give these guys enough stars. I normally hating renting a car because it can be a hassle but everything was so easy and the staff were the nicest people!! Andrew showed us vehicles to choose from and was extremely kind and professional and Brandon returned our car and was great as well! Can’t recommend enough!!!

  Jay Bennett at the CVG parking garage deserves a huge shoutout for making this one of my best rental experiences yet. It was freezing outside, and while he could have easily just pointed me toward the fleet, Jay went out of his way to walk us to the cars and offered to help with our luggage even though we clearly needed no help. His friendly, professional, and over-the-top service really made Alamo look good! I do not know jay but it seems to me that he could use a promotion. I’ve rented conservatively 35+ cars over the past few years and have tried all the typical companies at international airports. Alamo consistently wins on car cleanliness and condition, and this CVG facility might be the best of the bunch. The staff was incredibly friendly, and both pickup and drop-off were quick and efficient. I won't bother looking elsewhere next time I'm in Cincinnati.
