  Booked through AAA day before and rec'd confirm. Next day told no cars but went in and reps took time to listen and ensure vehicle for road trip. Can't say enough about the reps who took the time to listen.

  The wheel alignment seemed off. The ride hence was not smooth. Other than this issue the entire ride was excellent.

  I had a late night flight into CVG. I went to Alamo for my car rental. Emily at the front desk was great . She worked quickly to get me into a vehicle and on my way. The lot personnel were great too. Very professional. So again a big thanks to Alamo and its employees.

  When I arrived at the rental car area in the airport, every other company had lines 25–30 people deep. Alamo, on the other hand, had no line at all, and no one needed to be at the desk because their process is fully automated. All I had to do was scan the barcode at the Alamo kiosk and head straight to the Alamo section of the garage. Once there, CECIL helped me locate my rental and was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The only improvement I’d suggest is allowing customers to add a second driver after the car has been picked up. There was an option to add one beforehand, but once the rental was activated, I couldn’t update it. I didn’t have the second driver’s license expiration date prior to pickup, so I wasn’t able to enter it in time. Overall, the experience was smooth and efficient, with excellent service at the garage.
