- SGShawn Glover5 days ago1.0I wish I could give 0 stars, I made a reservation due to my car being in the shop. I arrived at Enterprise a few minutes before and the guy there said that he would have to call and find out bc he hadnt heard anything, he got off of the phone and said theyre cleaning it up and have to send it over and asked if I had time to wait. It would be 1-2 hrs. I hadnt recieved a call and went back 2 hrs later and tried to call bc it said they were closed. It sent me to Ashland, where the cars are sent from, they said theyre about to get it back to clean it and then send it there and said it might get there closer to 4pm, 4 hrs after my reservation, to which I couldnt wait around another 2 hrs in Grayson waiting for it to maybe be there.
