  Friendly, courteous associates. Brad, the CSR, explained all issues clearly so that I understood. The oil change was completed smoothly and in a timely manner. I plan to return whenever my next oil change is due.H

  I waited over an hour in the line before I even got into the bay. No one greeted me or chatted with me prior to going in. Once I went in, things were fine, but there should have been some sort of communication.

  Everything was in a professional sequence and all while the Technician communicated each step of the way, nothing was overlooked and the Manager was on site to supervise the entire process. Even as my car has a dangerous air filter that can cut people, he still made sure it was changed and everything went to plan. Beautiful new store, as a customer in other states, I have been into at least 8 other nationwide locations and I have never seen a nicer Valvoline Location.
