My brother recently had issues with his car and needed a steering wheel puller and he got one from Advance Auto Parts but it wouldn't work so he took it back and explained everything and the guy said they DON'T do refunds they would give him another one but my brother had already ran all over Glasgow looking for the Correct tool he needed and he just wanted the money he spend on the WRONG tool that Advance Auto Parts' computer said would work and it didn't. My brother is on disability and money is tight so when he rents or buy a tool/part and it doesn't work then that is money that is needed to get the correct part. I will say that after a long talk the guy did reluctantly refund my brother's money. My brother told the guy that he wouldn't never buy anything from them again and I think it is ashame that a business would not refund money for services or in this case tool/part that doesn't work. The car that my brother needed fixed is the ONLY vehicle that gets me and my family to the places we need to go. Like my brother's and my doctor appointments because We both are cancer survivors.
