Took an old tire off the rim and placed a new tire on it, they were quick and very helpful.

Top notch service. I didn’t realize they were a full service garage I thought it was just tires. After going through hell with other shops in town I thought for sure this would be the same but it was the total opposite! Communication to top tier through the entire job. I had a suspension work done, steering work done, 4 new tires, alignment and an oil change. What other shops have spent countless efforts trying to figure out these guys solved as if it was routine. My vehicles will not be going anywhere other than here. Honestly can’t recommend enough

I want to be very fair in this review because there were both positives and disappointments in my experience with Tire Discounters in Georgetown.
On the positive side, the local team ultimately treated me respectfully, gave me a meaningful price adjustment on the tire portion of the work, and I did end up with a solid tire package that included a free alignment and an oil change coupon. I appreciate that they worked to make the tire side of the transaction right, and I do not want this review to be taken as criticism of any individual employee at the local store.
My disappointment is with the overall process and what feels like a broader operational issue. I brought my 2014 BMW 320i in for a combined job that included four tires, alignment, and a valve cover gasket replacement. After the vehicle had already been there for two days, I was told the shop was not comfortable performing the gasket work. At that point, I told them to cancel the entire job, only to then be told that the tires had already been installed. That put me in a very awkward position because the original reason I chose the shop was for the combined convenience of the full package. Offering to remove the new tires and reinstall the old ones was not a practical solution.
To the store’s credit, they did provide a better deal on the tires after this happened, and I accepted that resolution. However, from a customer standpoint, the bigger concern is that partial work should not have been completed on a bundled job before the repair side was fully confirmed and authorized. That is the part I hope Tire Discounters reviews at a corporate level. The local staff handled a difficult situation professionally, but the workflow itself should have been better.
Overall, I would say the tire outcome was fair, but the process was frustrating and avoidable.

Let me first say, we have been quite pleased with Tire Discounters up until this point. Thankfully, they got me in quickly due to a nail in my tire. Unfortunately, I feel like I was taken advantage of. After looking at my tire, they said it couldn't be patched, and that I would need a new tire. My husband disagreed because it wasnt in the side wall of the tire. It should've been a simple fix. I agreed to purchase a new tire. I informed Justin that I wanted the old tire. Once I got to my next location, I checked the trunk; no tire. I called and said, I want my old tire. I had to drive back to Tire Discounters. Once I got home, my husband looked at the tire; it had been patched. Im assuming they fixed it and was going to sell it. After this transaction, I feel like I cant trust Tire Discounters.

After Walmart made me wait two hrs to tell me they don’t even have a tire, called here and Justin got me hooked up right away. Drove over and got my tire replaced quick, got me in and out. Highly recommend. Thanks Justin! And the two techs that worked on the car.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
