- BMBob MalletMar 22, 20261.0I stopped by this Pilot Flying J in the morning and had a really unpleasant experience. The person who appeared to be the manager on duty looked extremely unclean and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. This kind of issue reflects poorly on the business. Employees—especially someone in a leadership role—should come to work clean, presentable, and ready to represent the company in a professional manner. Cleanliness and basic hygiene are important in any customer-facing environment. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it, because it definitely impacted my visit.

This particular location needs a visit from the health department and likely a better manager. The restroom was so dirty it should be criminal. I wouldn’t purchase anything from the store knowing the level of hygiene is lower than low. I can’t imagine a worse experience and that’s saying a lot. We see all of the truck stop bathrooms weekly, across the nation. I hope this review gets to the right person.
