    The workers at Kentucky Collision in Georgetown, Kentucky are the absolute best! They provided great, quality care, work and customer service. Tony is wonderful! Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and kept me up to date in everything they were doing with my car and car parts. They are my go to place for repairs.

    BE ADVISED THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK OUTSIDE INSURANCE COMPANIES. UPDATE: Manager did contact me via phone within 48 hours of leaving this review. They did apologize and offered to re-book the appointment for estimate. However my points still stand below and if they would re-consider their policy on only working with insurance I would be happy to reconsider them in the future. Booked an appointment for March 11 on March 9. I booked an appointment online. I received a call a few minutes later from their administrative support team asking for my insurance. I was choosing not to go through insurance as this was a repair that is being paid for by a car wash company that damaged my car. I was refused service because I was not willing to go through insurance. Their reason cited is "We're so backed up right now" 1.) You shouldn't let me book an appointment without insurance in your website application. 2.) You should also put that in writing somewhere on your website to not waste my time or others.
