  I ENCOURAGE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Your reply does not reflect what customers actually go through when something goes wrong. The damage occurred during my wash on March 1, 2026. While inside the tunnel I felt two distinct hard impacts, which had never happened during my previous visits. I drove straight home and immediately noticed the scratches and dent on the passenger door. I attempted to report the issue right away by calling the location when I arrived home, but no one answered the phone. Because of that, I had to drive back to the location in person just to complete the incident report and start the claim process. During that process I also noticed the claim had initially been entered with the wrong date, which does not inspire much confidence that the investigation is being handled carefully. Since then I have had the damage evaluated by a repair shop. Based on their inspection and the photos taken immediately after the wash, they indicated the scratch pattern is consistent with debris becoming caught in a rotating wash brush and being dragged across the panel. The long, horizontal scratches across the passenger door match the type of damage they commonly see when foreign material becomes embedded in a tunnel wash brush. I have also requested that the company preserve the tunnel camera footage and operational records from the time my vehicle went through the wash so the incident can be properly reviewed. The email I received says the review process may take up to five business days, so I am waiting for that process to play out. However, when a customer reports damage immediately and follows the company’s own reporting process, it should not require multiple trips back to the location and days of waiting just to determine whether the business will take responsibility. Under KRS 367.170 of the Kentucky Consumer Protection Act, businesses are expected to deal with customers fairly and in good faith. At this point, I am waiting to see whether this company chooses to stand behind its equipment and make the situation right. I will update this review again once a decision on the claim is made. Original Review: I went through this car wash for the third time on March 1, 2026, after signing up for a new membership. My first two visits were great. However, during this third visit, I felt two distinct, hard thumps that were noticeably different from my previous experiences. I did not stop to vacuum afterward and drove straight home. As soon as I got out of my vehicle, I noticed the issue. I attempted to call immediately, but no one answered the phone. I left a message through the app and am currently waiting for a response. For context, my vehicle is a brand-new 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross — completely factory original with no modifications. There were no prior issues before entering this wash. I expect this business to take responsibility, investigate what happened, and resolve this matter promptly and at no cost to me. A reputable company should stand behind its equipment and customer safety. Until this situation is addressed appropriately and ownership is taken, I cannot recommend this location to others. I hope the owner will respond quickly and make this right.

  I just paid $24 for the worst wash I’ve ever received. At the end I thought there had to be more of the cycle to go because every single window was so foggy with water stains.

  Went at 6pm on a Tuesday night. There were barely lights in in the vacuum area. No towels, when I asked the staff they said they didn't have any they were all being washed. No air hose nozzle. The worker sprayed off half of the car as I was going through the wash. Didn't spray the other side and it didn't come clean. Waste of money. Will not be back.
