I appreciated that I could take my vehicles there, with my own oil and filter, and pay a reasonable fee to have my oil changed. I will no longer go to Valvoline after my last visit, as the fee for bringing my own oil and filter has changed from $29 to now $53. I understand from the location that this is a corporate decision. After many years of being able to do this, it is clear that the profit is going to the corporation and does not financially impact the service that has been available for all of these years.

One visit the stripped the drain plug to my oil pan to the point the next visit they couldn't get it off so they drained some of the oil thru oil filter hole instead. Because of this they didn’t put oil in it after that which I did pay for an oil change. But they were also doing a transmissions fluid change but how do you forget to put oil back in? So I took it to my mechanic who had to heat up the bolt and take a large wrench to pull the damaged plug out. I’m the same visit they replaced my cabin air filter. When the guy shut my glove box he couldn’t shut it and broke a plastic piece off permanently damaging my glovebox and now it will not shut. I will have to pay to replace the entire glovebox door because Valvoline corporate will not respond to the claim THEY told me to file. Their staff will not take responsibility for their actions let alone their poor choice of words in how they spoke to me showing how careless they are.
