- JCJasmine CaudillSep 26, 20251.0We went here yesterday due to a burning smell on our car.. we were told it was a caliper issue and they temporarily fixed it but if the smell came back to come back and they’d fix it.. they quoted us $600+ for the “issue”.. today we smelled it again but this time we went to big o tires and were told NOTHING was wrong with our car, in fact it was a plastic bag stuck underneath our car causing the smell. Cost us $0 to remove it and the smell is gone. They just want a paycheck and to steal your money for no reason. Big o tires is where it’s at! They didn’t charge us anything and even checked all our brakes and calipers. Everything was fine!
