- KBKelly BrockMar 10, 20261.0We travel constantly and Pilot usually does a great job with cleanliness especially in their restrooms. This particular location needs a visit from the health department and likely a better manager. The restroom was so dirty it should be criminal. I wouldn’t purchase anything from the store knowing the level of hygiene is lower than low. I can’t imagine a worse experience and that’s saying a lot. We see all of the truck stop bathrooms weekly, across the nation. I hope this review gets to the right person.
