But the showers were down with no info on when they’d be back up. No trash bins anywhere in the parking lot, and the restrooms were honestly pretty filthy. - EBEverett BerryNov 9, 20251.0I get diesel fuel here every night. Fuel islands are usually dirty, windshield wash almost never have soap, usually just dirty oily water, trash cans usually need emptying and several pumps are usually closed off with caution tape.

She looked at me and said, "Oh all of that is still very expensive." (In a very rude condescending voice and body language.) I asked her, "Do you think I can't afford this? After all I'm asking for your help." At this time my husband came up and was hearing our conversation. We looked at each other and said, "Let go!" We are highly educated people and just built a new home. Just because we were in a truck stop doesn't mean we can't afford anything. We are not truck drivers. But I know truck drivers make really good money. Especially, more than your rude attendant.
