- DLDavid Luttrell2 days ago1.0Worked with Tony and he was on top of my repairs. I was hit from behind while sitting at a stop light. My backup camera was broken and now has nothing but a foggy picture. My brakes were damaged from being pushed 2 feet while trying to stop from being pushed into oncoming traffic. KEVIN the shop manager, told the insurance company there was nothing wrong with those items. I had to pick up my vehicle not fixed properly as the insurance refused to pay for those items. Thank you, Kevin.

It being not even a week off the lot, I was so happy to get my car back on time for a big interview. Both dropping off and picking up my car from KY Collision was convenient and on time. Tony communicated with me every step of the way , all the staff here is friendly and helpful , My car looked seamless after and I truly appreciate all the staffers there that helped make my car just as new if not newer.
