  KY Collision Center, Georgetown, KY was great to work with. They worked directly with the insurance company. Very proactive in requesting new factory replacement parts instead of aftermarket where they deemed them crucial. Regularly updated on progress. Delivered my car completely detailed with perfectly matched paint. Highly pleased. Would definitely use them again.

  BE ADVISED THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK OUTSIDE INSURANCE COMPANIES. Booked an appointment for March 11 on March 9. I booked an appointment online. I received a call a few minutes later from their administrative support team asking for my insurance. I was choosing not to go through insurance as this was a repair that is being paid for by a car wash company that damaged my car. I was refused service because I was not willing to go through insurance. Their reason cited is "We're so backed up right now" 1.) You shouldn't let me book an appointment without insurance in your website application. 2.) You should also put that in writing somewhere on your website to not waste my time or others.

  Great body shop. I had the rear passenger door and quarter panel on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee replaced after an accident and they did great work. The jeep looks brand new. They were very professional and made sure I was kept up to date on progress throughout the repair.

  Even tho it's not a spot ya wanna be due to unfortunate events. This place is very friendly, professional, & quality services. Highly recommend!
