We sat in the lobby for over an hour waiting, just for them to come to us and say they didn't have the filter and it had to be brought from another place. Another customer walked in while we were waiting and said they had his car for a week to change 4 tires. I dnt know how short staffed they are, and the lady there was trying to be nice and said I would get a discount on my next visit, but why wouldn't it have been for that visit? I won't be going back to get the discount so it was actually pointless. They either need to hire more mechanics or stop taking appointments if they don't have enough mechanics on staff!
- TBTony BucklerDec 11, 20251.0Had appointment to install 4 new tires. Dropped vehicle off at 5 am. Called at 9:40 am. Told associate that I would be there at 4:55 pm to pick up my vehicle. He assured me that it would be ready. I arrived at 4 :55 and my vehicle had not been touched. They took it back immediately but I still had to sit there until 8:15 pm. So after myself just working an 11 hour shift I had to sit an additional 3 hours waiting on my vehicle that should have been ready long before I arrived. Very poor customer service I would say. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional.
