  If you have 1999 up chevy silverado and your BCM goes bad, do not buy it from here. They don't tell you it has to have the VIN programmed which costs you $250-350 extra and the hassle of having to haul your vehicle somewhere. Then when you figure this out and call them, because it is electrical they will not return. Claim it is plug in and play. Also just hang up on you. They sell the dorman rebuilt box for $263 out the door then has to be programmed. If you need a ECM, BCM, etc. For this year truck/ suv look up Highway 71 Auto Parts. They sell BCMs for $236.94, programmed to your VIN, and shipped to you ready to plug in to get back driving.

  Josh the manager at Auto Zone here in Georgetown is great. Had to have my SUV jumped twice, my mechanic sent to him. Josh tested battery, replaced battery and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
