In the last two weeks I have unfortunately had to visit Auto Zone twice. The first time to have a battery tested and most recently to get a new headlight. All 3 workers I encountered on my visits were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful!

i’m a tad late writing this review, but a couple months ago my battery died on my way to work and i was able to get a jump to at least get me to the nearest autozone which was this location. i’m so happy and grateful it was this one because they were SO nice and helpful! they helped me pick out a battery, and then even replaced it in my car! i was there maybe 20 min? the whole process was so quick and i am so grateful for the guy who helped me! i highly recommend this autozone for any of your car needs :)

Stewart the sales manager at this location is not selling anything for this company except bad customer service with an attitude, refusal of service because he didn't feel like taken care of business. Now because of Stewart's actions I will no longer return to them, and his district manager now has to help me fix more issues caused from his negligence and refusal to change my battery. Instead of taken 5 mins to replace a faulty battery they sold me under warranty, Covington location had to assist and finish the job, meanwhile the drive to the separate location had my vehicle spraying battery acid all over my car from a cracked battery that they needed to replace under warranty... Two days prior the battery was checked and passed at the same location every time!! it's been an ongoing problem since the first time I purchased the battery! Today could have been avoided completely!!!!!!
This type of customer service in a sales manager role is unacceptable, tonight not only cost me an inconvenience, it has now caused more damage to my car that could have easily been avoided had he just did what his job duties required him to do and replaced the battery to begin with that was under a warranty! I had the battery 7 weeks!
Thankfully Covington location was excellent in assisting, and bill the district manager is now taken care of the issues it caused, however Stewart should not hold a title in any customer service role let alone a management title for sales Bec I'll never spend a dollar at that location again.

I went here in a major rush because my breaklights went out they had just one set left and thats all I needed the guy went and picked them off the shelf for me check me out and even helped me to put them in he knew I was in a little rush and he wasted no time to help me out the store was even 10mins from closing on Friday night buddy idk your name but I'm grateful for all the help thank you again
