The level of unprofessionalism, delays, and constant change of words from their staff was unbelievable. We tried to work with them in good faith, even though the truck situation was already difficult. Instead of helping resolve the problem, they created more delays and confusion. At one point we were told one thing, then later they completely changed their position. Communication was inconsistent and unreliable. What made it worse is that decisions were made that made the situation even more complicated and unsafe, yet they still acted as if everything was normal. When a customer is trying to resolve a serious issue, the last thing you expect is to be given the runaround. This experience felt extremely frustrating and poorly handled from beginning to end. If you expect professionalism, honesty, and accountability, you may want to think twice before doing business here. Don’t get dragged by these people
