  Take 5 Car Wash has had good service the times I’ve gone there. Today Taylor was helpful in getting Me set up for unlimited car washes this month.

  When I found out that Ryan was no longer there, then I asked to have my membership. We knew the people that took care of me. Today were very polite, pleasant, and willing to help me do what I need to do for my car my van to get it nice and clean, but when Ryan when he was working there at that facility, he hollered at me he said woman I said neutral. He didn’t have to say woman he could say ma’am I said neutral. He didn’t do that. He hollered at me so at that present time I said I would not go back to y’all. I came up there once I made sure he wasn’t there and he was so I just went on by and I said forget it I’m not gonna get my truck clean at that time but when I went there today, I didn’t see him. I went in come find out. He’s no longer with that place in White House so I asked for my membership back and I think the gentleman to help me today his name was Tyler not quite sure, but he was very kind. He even offered to help me to clean some of the spots off my car I appreciate that that means more to me that he cares for his customers and not treat them like a piece of crap because I work hard for my money. I want my vehicle nice and clean, but I’m not gonna go through the price being talked to like a piece of crap but no one my own family don’t talk to me like that. My name is Deborah Kirby and I will keep on coming back alone as I still get treated nicely and fair not a hateful person, but I will not be talked down to as if I’m a piece of trash.The

  They couldn't take cards only cash, I only had $10 in cash and Taylor let me wash my car anyway. That was so nice of him because I needed my car washed for church tomorrow. Taylor was very helpful, he showed me not only that there was a detail section, he brought the supplies to me. Being a 71 year old woman I really appreciate all his help and how courteous he was.

  Hi my name is Linda, I live in Franklin Kentucky , and today I went thru the drive thru at Take 5 car wash , because well my car needed a bath, anyway , when I put my card in to pay, it charged me $30 for one visit, so I spoke with the manager , they were soo understanding and immediately refunded my car, there were 3 guys working there and they were all 3 super nice guys and so helpful.Theres so much negativity out there and I just wanted to share my wonderful experience, with this particular car wash. We all need to appreciate ppl , and compliment those who deserve it, in Instead Of criticizing. I just hate the way our world is turned to be so hateful , when It’s just so easy to be nice kind to each other and actually love each other.
