When I realized this from the receipts and reminder they gave me, I went to complain immediately, but they said they couldn't do anything and that I had to pay again, which I did. Very poorly handled.

I have a special needs kid and had to get him and my other kids out to go into wal-mart just to be told they were too busy to change my oil as a walk in. Grease Monkey has you pull in to their shop and sit right in your car. It may have taken 15 minutes maximum and they were as friendly as it gets. I would absolutely recommend 120%.
