The manager himself is the one who had his hands on the prop. I called corporate and he lied to them about it. I have him on camera, bending my hood wrap with his hands.

It took four of them several minutes of bending it by hand to get my hood to close again. HAVE IT ON VIDEO. Manager directly lied to my face and lied to corporate with me on the phone with them. Dealing with corporate now. Absolutely pathetic people working there.
