The people working at Tire Discounters did a wonderful job helping my mom with her tires, on one of the worst snow storms that we had this year. They were so nice and fixed the two tires quickly. Shout out to the gentleman working there that day. We really appreciated your help. Thank you.

Started the process of replacing 4 tires on Mazda CX5 on Saturday, January 17. Website showed tires were in stock. Representative stated tires were not in stock and that they would be available on Monday, January 19 at 10:00 AM. After waiting for call, I showed up at 11:00 and pressed the issue of getting the replacement. I was told the car would be ready at about 1:00, but to expect a call. I then went in at 2:00 PM. The representative told me that it would not be ready until 3:30. This is a matter of honoring the job as promised.

Frankfort Ky Tire Discounters location has got to be the biggest joke I’ve ever experienced. First they say my tire light came on due to a leak in my rim area and they seal it. I leave and it goes flat. Go back and the it’s a piece of metal but psi isn’t put to 35 when I check it with my own gauge, then they find a 2nd piece of metal in it and again don’t fill the psi to recommended specs and I go back a 3rd time. The psi rating is on all the doors of cars on a sticker. What tech doesn’t know that?
Guess where I am right now… Lexington , KY Tire Discounters because the tire still won’t hold air and I’m told it’s leaking from the valve stem, leave and now a 2nd trip to Lexington location for the same tire ( 5th attempt on same tire) now I’m told it’s leaking from Frankfort’s patch and that it should of never been patched that close to the side wall to begin with and a new tire should of been recommended in Frankfort!! Are you kidding me? Idiots are working in Frankfort, KY period. If I told you once that 35 psi was what was needed for my car why did I have to tell you again after the 2nd piece of metal was found and why don’t you guys know to look at my cars sticker? So know I sit getting a new tire in Lexington. Craziest waste of my time and mind blowing I had to keep adddressing the same tire due to Frankfort’s stupidity. Do better.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
