- YHYING HUOct 7, 20255.0I rented a car from Enterprise Rental Car, and one of the tires was not holding pressure properly. On Oct. 7, I visited the Tire Discounters shop in Frankfort for assistance. The gentleman at the front desk, Nathaniel, was very polite and helpful. The other staff members were friendly as well. They quickly removed a screw from one of the tires, and the service was fast. The entire experience was very positive, and I am extremely thankful for their help.
- CBCarl Justice BirkheadSep 27, 20251.0When entering the establishment I had asked if their printer worked for the alignment machine..they said yes also needed a tire balance...dropped the car off and came back within the hour...vehicle was done...but no print out for the specs...it's been a week and found stick on wheel weights falling off due to the fact that they never took off the old adhesive from the old ones..so a 0 out of two things that I paid over 200 dollars for that was not up to my standards...if there is a next time I'm gonna not drop it off and watch em like a hawk..
