I’ve been to plenty of oil change places over the years, but Jiffy Lube here in Frankfort has officially set the gold standard. I jokingly call them the Ritz-Carlton of oil changes — but after my most recent visit, I’m not even sure it’s a joke anymore. They really are that good. A while back, I had an issue where a discount wasn’t applied correctly. The former general manager took care of it, and I appreciated that. But on this visit — bringing in both my car and my wife’s — the new general manager, Jamie Bailey, absolutely raised the bar. This man didn’t just do his job… he embodied customer service. Kind, attentive, genuinely invested in making things right. He double-checked every detail, made sure both vehicles got exactly what they needed, and treated us like we were long-lost VIP guests checking into a luxury hotel. And when everything was done, he looked me in the eye and he said, “I hope we earned back your business.” At this point, I don’t see us going anywhere else. Their service is exceptional, their team is sharp, and their leadership is top-notch. If oil changes had a five-star category like hotels, this place would wear the crown. Highly, highly recommended — the true Ritz-Carlton of oil changes. The only exception...They forgot to check our windshield wipers and wiper fluid. Still, a platinum experience though!
