Did not get to choose which oil we wanted they just gave us the cheapest one. Did not reset the oil life after service. Did not do a 29 point inspection. No brake check. No tire rotation.

They figured out that one of my cylinders had completely failed, which is not a good scenario... They referred me to the local car shop in town and didn't charge me a thing because of how unfourtunate this situation was. They squeezed me in when I had no appointment and just showed up to get help. Thank you guys!

They just want your money and will scam u for it! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
- THTank HidayNov 4, 20251.0My sister just took her truck here to get a alignment done they did it charged her for it then they told her she would need new tires and that the alignment wouldn't do anything until she got tires after they already did the alignment and still wanted to charge for tires and the alignment everywhere else I've ever taken my vehicle would have told her her tires are bad upfront before they did the alignment so she knew what she would be in for this place is nothing but a scam and when I called them to see if she could get her money back cause they didn't fix the problem cause her truck still pulls to the left just as bad as it did before all they could say was if she comes in for 4 tires we will realign it for free when most places I know and have dealt with will do that anyways she took her truck her cause a client of hers told her they were cheap and good from what we are seeing the service is cheap and unprofessional the prices are higher then most and they can't seem to do their job will never take another vehicle to them and I'd advise anyone thinking of taking your vehicle here to not waste your time and money
