  Chuck and the team were great in helping me when my engine started to fail on my way to Louisville from Lexington! They figured out that one of my cylinders had completely failed, which is not a good scenario... They referred me to the local car shop in town and didn't charge me a thing because of how unfourtunate this situation was. They squeezed me in when I had no appointment and just showed up to get help. Thank you guys!

  I went to have my car aligned and they told me they had a discount on them but did not give me the discount and the aligned my car and then told me my tires r bad so the alignment was pointless and lied to my husband telling him they told me about the tires being bad before aligning my car witch the did not tell me and refused to refund my money after wasting my time and money this place is a scam! They just want your money and will scam u for it! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

  My sister just took her truck here to get a alignment done they did it charged her for it then they told her she would need new tires and that the alignment wouldn't do anything until she got tires after they already did the alignment and still wanted to charge for tires and the alignment everywhere else I've ever taken my vehicle would have told her her tires are bad upfront before they did the alignment so she knew what she would be in for this place is nothing but a scam and when I called them to see if she could get her money back cause they didn't fix the problem cause her truck still pulls to the left just as bad as it did before all they could say was if she comes in for 4 tires we will realign it for free when most places I know and have dealt with will do that anyways she took her truck her cause a client of hers told her they were cheap and good from what we are seeing the service is cheap and unprofessional the prices are higher then most and they can't seem to do their job will never take another vehicle to them and I'd advise anyone thinking of taking your vehicle here to not waste your time and money

  Holy cow what happened to this place?! Calling your customers with an attitude telling them to tow their vehicles back out because you’ve refused to communicate or anything for over 24 hours. Why is the customer having to call to check on the vehicle several times with multiple responses by the same person? Don’t tell me at 5pm yesterday someone’s pulling the car in to look at it. Here it is, 4 calls later, nobody ever once pulled the car in. When I said this is ridiculous and get off the phone you’re going to call back with your attitude and make me get my car out? I mean congrats on missing work that was very easy. Few hundred in easy profit(mostly labor to replace a $20 sensor and a coolant flush) because you want to lie to people. Great customer service. This place hasn’t been the same since Warren left many years ago. And this is a corporate location. What’s that say about the company these days?
