- TKTara KerriganApr 15, 20261.0Grossly tried to upsell and overcharge for brake service by adding on things that were completely unnecessary for the situation. Super slow and bad service. Update- spoke to the manager after posting this review. He called and offered me a free oil change. The issue is that he also covered for his employees lack of communication and almost downright incompetence by stating the added up charged services are “industry standard” when they’re not. At all. They actually flat out lied about the condition of my pads and rotors. Ridiculous.

They say free inspection and you show up for your appointment and they charge you an arm and a leg to lie and say everything is wrong just to get you to spend more money. And they never fix what the original issue was to start with.
- EWE WMar 25, 20261.0Over Priced - A simple job, plugging a hole in a tire - Lied about a second hole that could not be repaired. I took the tire back and checked myself - Nothing found. They Wanted to upsell me on a new tire/tires, They were kind of upset I took my tire and left without repairs. Second time experiencing "Shady Business Practices", at this location. Try any other tire shop, than Tire Discounters. Not Returning.
