Overpriced and they try to sell you a bunch of add ons. By the time you leave that place you might end up paying double of what it would be anywhere else

Had an appointment for 3:30. Got there at 3:20. Had new tires on by 4:15. But they have to do the alignment in a different bay and somehow even with a 3:30 appointment I left without an alignment at 6:10. They gave me vouchers to come in and get the alignment a different time. Probably won’t be using it though if this is how long it takes even with an appointment

Ordered our tires on one day, and they were delivered and installed the next. Very satisfied with this establishment. Affordable prices compared to other similar businesses. Amicable, professional employees. Definitely recommend this business for tire purchases and installations.

Very disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment online for an alignment. Once I arrived, the front desk staff told me there was no one in the building that could complete the alignment and that I needed to reschedule. When asked why the online scheduler allowed me to book an appointment if the service could not be provided, I was told, “it’s just like that”. Despite having access to my scheduled appointment in their system all day, no one bothered to contact me regarding the inability to complete the service. Staff was not apologetic nor seemed to acknowledge the inconvenience of me arriving to a scheduled appointment that could not be completed. At the time of the appointment, it was too late in the day to complete the service elsewhere. Would recommend going to another business that values your time.

Brought in a competitor's quote because the competitor failed to inform me my tires had never been ordered. Jarrod was at the front desk. Tire discounters were slightly higher but after perks, they were actually lower on price (synthetic oil change, alignment etc. Truck wasnt ready when they said it would be but they made it right. Service was so good as well as pricing, when my son came home I noticed his back tires were bald. Called TD on black Friday and Jarrod said bring it in. 6 hours later we had brand new all terrains and Saturday night where my son lives (michigan), they got 8 inches of snow. Called son to ask about new tires and he said truck goes anywhere now. No sliding. Jarrod said they had 200 cars at the time we arrived needing new tires. Jarrod saved our butts. I will always use Ft. Wright Tire Discounters from here on out. Hats off to Jarrod for running a professional operation and hats off to the guys that worked 16 hours on Black Friday. Thanks from the Gideons
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
