- BBBryan2 days ago5.0Marty up front was very professional and thorough. Had a not ideal scenario with my tires discontinued. Worked to present me with all options and was clear and communicative the whole way. Even stayed late when my truck was finished in case I came to pick it up so I wouldn’t be without a vehicle.

These qualities are not easy to find these days. I first met Marty at the Tire Discounters in Fort Wright. I was sad to see him go, but found him again at TD in Florence. Turns out, he's been moved again. I prefer to get his service, even if it means driving farther. I hope Tire Discounters knows what a great employee they have in him.

I called the store and someone walked over with a heavier pump and helped get my tire inflated enough to get over to the store. A repair was done quickly and affordably and I can't say enough about the kindness and helpfulness of the staff at this location! They even offered me freshly brewed coffee while I waited. When you're dealing with an unexpected delay in life, it's a bright spot to have qualified people eager to help! Thank you!

Please make sure that you ask for Marty the next time you are at the Ft Thomas Southgate location. Keep up the great work Marty. We miss you at the Florence store location as well.
