  Stopped at Jeff Wyler Chrysler and Jeep in Fort Thomas… Seen a car that I wanted online, which was the Buick Enclave.Salesman Cory Lykins was awesome… we were in and out of there in less than three hours that was the fastest I’ve ever been in a dealership to get a car I was an awe it was so fast that was looking at the car test, driving it all the way down to the finance paperwork….   Jeff Wyler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Fort Thomas made the highest offer to buy my used Cadillac Escalade & kept true to their word when I traded it in to purchase a 2024 Grand Highlander. Sales Representative Michael Toney went above & beyond the call of duty driving more than two hours to & from Springfield OH to pick up the car my wife & I wanted ALL on his off day!!! We got a great deal & we’re happy with the financing on our “new” Toyota & then for the cherry on top… Michael was instrumental in helping us retrieve our garage clicker we accidentally left in our trade-in. Can’t say enough about his excellent service. Thank you Michael!!!

  This dealership demonstrated extremely poor customer service and a lack of professionalism throughout my experience. Prior to visiting, I made multiple attempts to get information about a vehicle through their website chat and by emailing one of their managers, Rob Rein. Despite providing his direct phone number, Mr. Rein failed to respond to calls or text messages. Due to the lack of communication, I drove two hours to the dealership to view the vehicle in person. Upon arrival, I was assisted by Nick, who was professional, courteous, and provided an excellent test drive experience. He was the only positive part of this interaction. After deciding to move forward with the purchase, I was introduced to Rob Rein—the same individual who had been unresponsive. During our discussion, I informed him that active-duty military members are exempt from paying sales tax in Kentucky and provided documentation to support this. I also explained that I had completed a similar purchase at another Kentucky dealership without issue. Mr. Rein dismissed this information and implied that I was attempting to commit fraud. Additionally, when I stated that I would be financing through my own bank—which offers competitive military-specific rates—he became dismissive and stated that the dealership does not accept outside financing because it “takes too long.” His attitude shifted noticeably, and it became clear that he was no longer interested in working with me. After leaving the dealership, I contacted the Kentucky Motor Vehicle office, who confirmed that the exemption process is straightforward and that the dealership could have easily verified it with a phone call. They expressed confusion as to why the dealership handled the situation the way they did. The following day, I had to call multiple times just to receive an update. When I finally reached Mr. Rein, he stated he was waiting on “corporate” approval and mentioned that another customer was viewing the same vehicle—creating unnecessary pressure rather than resolving the issue. Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating purchasing experiences I have encountered. The dealership showed little interest in customer service, transparency, or even completing a sale. Additionally, the dealership requires a pre-installed “Pulse Safety System”—a third brake light flasher that costs roughly $30—but adds it to the vehicle price for $899 as a mandatory feature. This practice raises serious concerns about pricing transparency. I would strongly advise others—especially military members—to approach this dealership with caution.
