    Customer service sucks! No one will pick up here and if you leave your name and number you will not get a call back. No one cares or has sense enough. I have tried multiple days at different times. Just utterly ridiculous. But maybe this is a sign to not bring my vehicle here because who wants continued frustration.

    I have been dealing with them for about 5 months with my car not wanting to start . I have a warranty with them and most of my parts have been cover . The first time I took it to them was for not wanting to start , which turns out was the starter . They told me it should be done in a few days . Well my person dealing with my car was Jt , he never once called me to tell me anything about my car. I had to call him multiple times to get updates on my car, even if he told you he would call you back , he wouldn’t . So by the end of the week I still didn’t hear nothing from them so I called them . They said the starter wouldn’t be here until the following week . Okay whatever I had to wait . Well turns out the part the order didn’t work so we had to wait almost 4 weeks for them to replace the starter in my car . Now I’m 3 months later and my car won’t start again . So we took it back to them this pass Wednesday . We called Wednesday to make sure they got the car and everything went fine with AAA because I had to get it towed there . They said they got the car and was going to look at it that day . Well it’s Friday didn’t hear nothing back yet so I called up there and the lady on the phone told me they couldn’t locate my car … couldn’t give me no information on my car because she couldn’t locate it . Still by the end of the day I don’t know if the located my car or not . If you have a warranty don’t come here to get it fixed . They don’t care about you’re time or that they have your car . They don’t care about calling you back to let you know anything or anything . And if you have Jt ask for someone else they treat you looked trash at t this place for using your warranty.
