Another Wyler dealer doing what they do best—scamming. On Sunday, I went in to speak with someone about purchasing a 2014 Ram truck. From the moment we walked in, things felt off. We were greeted by someone behind a glass door, which already came across as unprofessional. Despite that, we stayed and test drove a truck we had originally seen online. We were told the salesman was out fueling it up. When he returned and we were preparing for the test drive, I asked him directly if the truck drove well and whether there were any issues. The salesman, Lucas, said everything was fine. During the walk-around, however, we noticed multiple problems: missing interior panels and a missing emergency brake lever release—which is a serious safety concern. Our time was then completely wasted when, as soon as we pulled out and turned down the music and air (which were blasting), we heard a very noticeable whining noise. I asked Lucas if he knew where the noise was coming from, and he said he didn’t. So you’re telling me he tried to sell us a truck without disclosing that something was clearly wrong with it? Seriously? Next, the sales manager—the same person who greeted us behind the glass door—came out and asked how we liked the truck. I explained that it wasn’t what we were looking for and listed the issues we noticed. When I mentioned the whining noise from the rear of the truck and said we weren’t interested in buying a vehicle with existing problems, he responded by saying, “All of our vehicles on this lot are mechanically sound and safe.” I replied that if it were mechanically sound, it wouldn’t be making that noise. He then rolled his eyes at me. His proposed “solution” was unbelievable: he suggested we buy a warranty, drive the truck for 30 days, then come back and report the issue so it would be covered—after paying a $200 deductible. That was one of the most unprofessional and ridiculous things I’ve ever been told. This entire experience felt like a scam and completely turned us off from ever doing business with them. I was furious—not only because our time was wasted, but because I had specifically asked beforehand if there were any issues with the truck and was told there were none. For the record, this entire interaction was recorded on my fathers Meta glasses, and I’ll be posting the video on Facebook later. I will never do business with these people.

I’m not trying to be disrespectful in any way however, I asked for a specific service to be provided; rotating my spare tire into service. It wasn’t completed nor did the mechanic wipe away the oil used in the change away from my engine plastic cover. I know customer satisfaction rest in the attention to details. It just wasn’t provided. Lastly, isn’t topping off your washer fluid a service? Maybe doing that just isn’t provided today. Hope this helps anyone that may see the same issue.

Less than honest staff that will say anything to get you into a car. Slow to no response to questions after the purchase. A gps unit came with the purchase and I was given no information on it or how to set it up and no paperwork came with it. I was looking for a dealership to lease my fleet with but after this experience this is not the dealership for my company.

Got an offer through a third party on my car. Wasted my morning talking to an AI chatbot that assured me the offers at the dealership are usually higher. Kelly Bluebook values my car at >7k. They offered me 2.5k for some rust on the tire rims that would cost less than 500 to fix. What a joke, lol. I got private offers that were twice as much, and I still ended up blocking those people because even twice as much as what this dealership offered me were low-ball offers. I get it, the dealership has to make money. However, you're out of your mind if you think I'm selling my 2019 vehicle for 2.5k when y'all are going to put less than 1k of work into it just to put it back on the lot for 10k and milk some sucker. Insane work. Edit after response from dealership: I got an offer from Bob Pulte for 4,200. You can give all the excuses you want, but claiming your offers are "fair" is false advertising. You lowballed me, and wasted my time. Do better.

I first called and spoke with Rob to get a feel of what I was looking for, what the car lot had in stock and what would be best for my family. We came up with a couple options and I did my research for a few days and made a decision. We made my way into the establishment, my husband and I were greated immediately by friendly workers, asking how they can assist. We were shown to the lounge - they had coffee, water, a tv, comfy chairs and coloring activities for the kiddos (huge win for moms!) - to wait for a sales man. We were paired with Morgan T. Morgan made my first car buying experience so simple. He was straight to the point, no hidden or sneaky things added into the purchase. He was super friendly, kind and considerate on time as we had a limit since we had to pick out children up from school. Rob even came over to say hello and congratulate us. The Woman who is in charge of all the finances was such a delight to work with. She was very knowledgeable about all the loans, rates and all of the details that may come through that process. We will need another new car in the next few years, I will come back toJeff Wyler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM for that next vehicle as well. Thank you, to the whole staff, front of the house, and back of the house for all they did to make the purchasing process so simple. I will be recommending all of my loved ones to get their next vehicle from here! We love our new to us 2024 Hyundai Palisade.
