  Pathetic experience. I enquired about a $90,000 used BMW that I wanted to buy. I made an offer and got pushback which was fine. I then decided I was ready to pay their price. I emailed the salesperson twice and never heard back. Then tried the sales manager email and phone. No reply. Then called to speak with the GM and spoke to reception and left a message. NOTHING. NO REPLY. The car is still for sale on their website. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Usually car sales salesman are relentless. I guess this is the unicorn of car dealerships that does not want to sell cars.

  I purchased a 2026 Mercedes GLS Maybach from this dealership, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After completing the purchase, I still have not received my title, and getting any kind of update has been nearly impossible. The salesperson who assisted me has completely stopped responding—no callbacks, no replies to texts, nothing. Customer service has been unacceptable. Once they took my money, communication completely stopped. I’ve made multiple attempts to follow up and have been ignored every time. This has been a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would strongly caution others before doing business with this dealership. Based on my experience, I would not purchase a car from them again.

  Our 2024 eqs SUV gave us a message in our Dash, and we had to get a tow. The nearest dealership was Fort Mitchell Mercedes-Benz. Because we were traveling they put us in the front of the line. Most of our discussion was directly with managers. The entire staff were fantastic. Their service team did the troubleshooting consulted with Mercedes-Benz engineering and ordered the parts to make the repair. We weren't sure if we would ever see this car again. They gave us an almost identical loaner and got us on our way after only a couple of days. Those days of travel interruption were compensated by Mercedes Roadside Assistance. They said it wouldn't take long to make the repair, and it really didn't. After only a week or two our car was ready. We have been driving it hundreds of miles since then. Our home dealership is Clearwater and Tampa. They always treat us good, but Fort Mitchell treated us like a priority, like family. I don't think there was any way for it to go any better. Thank you Mike thank you Sean thank you Matt, and thank you to everyone else that helped us resolve our issue and get us back to our destination. You're the best!

  This place is a great place to purchase a vehicle. Donnie Bossart was our sales representative and done a fantastic job at taking care of us. I will always keep this place in mind for our car purchases. The atmosphere and everyone who seen us was always asking did we need a drink, a snack, or the bathroom. In searching for a place to buy a vehicle this place was top notch and very professional I’m sure Donnie Bossart will be seeing us again.

  Absolutely top-tier experience from start to finish with Sam Enzweiler. No pressure, incredibly patient, and the kind of service that genuinely stands out. I’ve been coming here since 2015, and they’ve consistently taken care of me every step of the way. MBFM makes it hard to want to go anywhere else — they just make car buying, and everything after, feel the way it should. Alex Woods was incredibly helpful getting all the bells and whistles set up and will be helping me down the line, too. Todd Morgan was great with financing, Todd Henson gave my daughter a Mercedes bear (it made her day), and Andrea S was the biggest ball of sunshine from the moment we walked in the door. They truly take care of you well beyond the purchase. Everyone there is incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. Honestly, any company could come study them as a model for customer service — it’s top-notch and the best I’ve experienced from any brand. Highly recommend.
