**Extremely Disappointed with Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell – 0 Stars** I am utterly disappointed with the service at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell. I scheduled a windshield replacement for my GLC a month in advance, well aware that such repairs require proper preparation and scheduling. My appointment was set for July 1, 2024, and I made arrangements to ensure I could be there on time, expecting the high level of service that is synonymous with the Mercedes-Benz brand. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that they did not have the windshield in stock. This revelation was infuriating, not only because I had taken time out of my busy schedule but also because no one had the courtesy to notify me beforehand. I received no call, no email, nothing to indicate that there was an issue with my scheduled service. To make matters worse, there was no attempt by the staff to make things right. No apology, no expedited service, no offer of a loaner vehicle, or any compensation for the inconvenience. I was simply told to reschedule, as if my time and the effort I took to arrange this appointment were of no consequence. This is not the level of service I expect from Mercedes-Benz. I chose Mercedes-Benz because I believed in the brand's reputation for excellence and customer care. Unfortunately, Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell has failed spectacularly in this regard. The lack of communication and the indifference shown by the staff are unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way a company handles those mistakes speaks volumes about its commitment to its customers. In this case, Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell has shown a complete disregard for mine. I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering this dealership for their service needs. I, for one, will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. 0 stars for an experience that has left me deeply dissatisfied.

We have had issues in the past with services not being explained. I decided against my better judgement to schedule service once again in the hopes that things would be better. The appointment was scheduled over the phone. A day of work was adjusted to take the vehicle there during lunch and return to work. After arriving and getting checked in, my partner was told we had an issue with our previous service and we are no longer welcome at their dealership for service. When I was upset on my previous experience they had 3 different people contact me on my review and nothing ever came of it. This vehicle was purchased from here but now, due to me being upset our last visit and writing a review we are no longer welcome.

I had a cracked rim on my A220. The rim cracked without any apparent reason on my newly purchased CPO car which I have only owned for a few months and driven <7k miles. I asked the service expert to potentially help me with a replacement for my rims since it was so new and I didn't go over any real significant potholes that would cause this (I am not claiming to have not gone over potholes at all, thats impossible where I live). He declined, said I probably went over bad potholes and didn't know they were bad and gave me a $1200 quote for replacement. When I said it could be a potential quality issue with the Mercedes rim (mine's manufactured in China!) and whether the dealership would we willing to help me pursue this, I was told off. As someone who drives day in and day out, I know when I hit a pothole which would cause something so catastrophic vs something that won't, I am sure many drivers will agree with this. Whats even surprising is that my rubber tires didn't fail but my metal rim did. Brandon Cogozzo is the silver lining at the dealership, a gem of a person who tried to help the best he could - although it was not directly related to getting me in touch with Mercedes and was pursuant to avoiding a 1 star review, but that still doesn't change the fact that I didn't get a solution to my problem, the company wouldn't take my issue to Mercedes.
