I had a wonderful experience working with Elhadj!! He helped me learn about the differences in all of the models I was interested in and all of their different sizes and styles. He then allowed me to test drive several different vehicles to make sure I would love and feel comfortable and safe in whichever car I chose to take home. He said several times to me that he wanted to encourage that I take my time and not rush through the process of finding the right car, it was clear he wanted to be sure I would be satisfied with my choice and this alone was very comforting in making this purchase. He then talked through the numbers with me thoroughly and explained the differences between all financing options and answered every question I had throughout the entire process. He even went as far to cleaning parts of the vehicle that I had questions and concerns about to assure me that it was good to go! I haven't tried to buy a vehicle online in 8 years. I've been looking for a couple of months and I finally found the salesman that answered everyone one of my concerns. Called me with in 10 minutes of me sending my request and had a personal video of the vehicle I was interested in. Sent me a no hassle price quote with in 20 minutes and follow up to see if I qualified for any additional rebates in which I did. His name is Sam Enzweiler. I would highly recommend Sam and Fort Mitchell Mercedes if your looking for the best experience and salesman ship. I'm in the car business and I would hire Sam in a heartbeat. I had an outstanding experience buying my first G-Wagon at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell. Craig was fantastic to work with—he laid out the entire deal ahead of time, including the trade appraisal, which made everything completely transparent and stress-free. The process was super easy and incredibly fast. After we wrapped things up, he even took the time to show off some of the fun sports in the newly renovated showroom. Pat got us in and out of finance in record time and somehow made it way too easy to spend money. Noah was incredibly helpful on the tech side, walking me through the features and sharing helpful insights so I felt confident driving off.
I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’d absolutely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell to anyone, and I can’t wait to come back once there’s room in the garage for a fun toy.

I decided to purchase a new car last minute and called the dealership, where I spoke with Alex about a vehicle I was interested in. He answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly and was extremely helpful and attentive from the start. When I arrived for the test drive, he greeted me right away and we took the vehicle out.
I wasn’t sure that day if I wanted to move forward, and I told Alex I wanted to sleep on it overnight. He was never pushy and completely respected my decision. When I let him know the next day that I had decided to move forward, I asked that the documents be prepared so I could simply come in, sign, and drive away. True to his word, everything was ready when I arrived, and the entire process was quick and seamless.
After a previous frustrating experience at another dealership—where I was told to come in at noon to sign and that all paperwork would be ready, but after waiting more than two hours I still hadn’t even met with the finance manager and ultimately left—this experience was a breath of fresh air. I truly appreciated Alex’s professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Alex and will absolutely be sending friends and family his way

I purchased a $200K+ Lamborghini Huracán from Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell, and this was the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing one of the Huracáns currently listed at this dealership to read this review very carefully. I will also be sharing my experience on the Lamborghini forums to warn other buyers.
I worked with Sam Enzweiler for the initial sale and later dealt with Don Paparella on multiple occasions. I live in Houston and located the car out of state. I told Sam I would purchase the vehicle at the full asking price, with the only condition being that the dealership cover shipping to Houston. He assured me this would not be an issue and stated that they ship vehicles nationwide all the time, including high-end G-Wagons, and that everything would be handled without any issues.
The dealership initially refused to allow an independent pre-purchase inspection, failed to disclose transmission repairs performed while communicating them as "maintenance", failed to disclose over $30,000 in suspension issues, and then arranged transport that resulted in damage to the vehicle. When problems arose, they completely abandoned responsibility.
A PPI—allowed only at a shop they selected—revealed missed maintenance and leaking shocks requiring replacement of all four shocks. When I asked for a price adjustment, I was told they had other interested buyers and admitted those buyers were not informed of the issue. Ultimately, I received only a $5,000 discount, forcing me to pursue rebuilt shocks and covering the maintenance required myself, totaling roughly $12k.
Despite assuring me they were “extremely picky” with transporters, the car was shipped through RunBuggy and arrived damaged, with a scratched-up steering wheel and key fob. I was also never informed the car came with only one key, which should be disclosed upfront at this price point.
After delivery, the dealership refused to help with a damage claim, repeatedly telling me I had to deal directly with RunBuggy—who told me the opposite. After more than 20 calls to Runbuggy and the dealer over a months time, Don contacted me and stated that the claim had been denied and there was nothing further he or Sam could do, telling me to stop calling them. He even said, “If you didn’t want it damaged, you should have shipped it yourself,” and implied that they are “lucky” cars don’t get stolen during transport.
I later learned directly from RunBuggy that no damage claim had ever been submitted by the dealership for my steering wheel and that no ruling had been made. When I attempted to follow up with Don after learning this, my calls were ignored.
I would strongly caution anyone considering a high-end or exotic vehicle purchase here. Watch how the dealership responds to this review and situation—which could still be made right if they wanted to. This will give you a very clear idea of how they WILL handle issues that arise during your purchase of a high-end vehicle from them.
