Jeremy Agbomi, the sale consulannt was exceptional. He was very professional and patient throughout the entire process. He made sure I understood everything, answered all my questions, and made the experience smooth.
Pat Alloso, the finance manager, was great as well. He took his time going over all the paperwork, explained every form I needed to sign, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward.

Alex Weber, Todd Henson, Patrick Allosso, and Noah Lykins were all terrific. I purchased a 2026 C Class, loaded, and I could not be happier with the experience. Here’s what I liked: I was treated respectfully and professionally. All questions answered timely and accurately. The transactions were all handled separately. That is, we had already settled on a vehicle and the price, paying cash, before they learned I had a trade and they made their best offer (on a Lexus) which was higher than what the Lexus’ dealership even speculated and that was after some song and dance about which vehicle might I be looking at and be aware that they probably would not offer which their own emailed estimates were. Only then did I decide to finance a portion of the cost. They earned my business by not playing the pressurized business games coupled with the fact that I got one heck of a car. The finance process might have been the smoothest and most efficient ever — it was only about seven minutes. As opposed to being met with hesitancy, I was initially welcomed with a can do attitude. Well done.

Overall, I felt the staff was welcoming and professional. The service was swift, and they performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle. I chose Mercedes-Benz of Florence because their service prices were significantly better than Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati, and I was pleased with the overall experience.
That said, a few of the quotes for recommended services did surprise me. I was quoted an extremely high amount for one particular task that ultimately cost me less than $50 and took only about five minutes to complete myself. While I understand dealership pricing can differ from DIY costs, the markup on that item felt excessive.
Overall, a positive experience with friendly staff and efficient service, but it’s worth reviewing recommended service quotes carefully

I have had a great experience with my service here. Tony has always been there to help me out eagerly and provided the full valet service to pick up my car and drop it off the ca once service is done. He was very particular about giving the highest level of service and on one occasion even filled up the tank free of charge. He didn’t even charge me for that. I return valet cars partially full and they were cool about it.
The one concern I have is that their phone service is not great. I always get a lot of static while on call with them.
Robert (valet) was an awesome person. He made sure that my car was parked in such a way that I could pull out easily. He was very helpful in providing some local shops and I felt they genuinely cared about customers.
So far, this place has provided a homely feeling and I don’t feel like walking to a store full of strangers.
