I was in a hurry that day and I agreed to accept those issues at the time, thinking they could be addressed at the time of my first scheduled service. Well I had that first scheduled service and Martin and the team took care of everything for me and I had an EXCELLENT service experience. Since day one, Todd made sure I felt like a VIP costumer by always being available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Buying a car from another state is always nerve racking but it was not the case with Todd. Everything went super smooth and stress free. If you ever consider purchasing a car from this dealership please ask for Todd. I recommend him 1000%!
- JBJj BbNov 11, 20255.0I bought my first Mercedes here back in 2022. A GLC300. It's a great car and I love everything about it. More importantly though, I absolutely love the service this dealership provides. Yes they have the standard high end touches of free snacks and coffee. A nail bar, comfy seats to wait at and a little merch shop. You could take that all away and the people who work there would still make this place the best dealership I've ever had the privilege of going to. When we first bought the car it had a very unique problem. One of the small quarter windows in the rear wasn't tinted. It was installed like that at the factory. I let the dealership know and they had it fixed in less than a week. Not only that but they valeted a loaner to me, picked my car up and then did the same for the return. Skip to this month. I brought my car in because it was making a weird noise in the rear suspension. Martin (my service manager, who is the best) let me know they would get it fixed, and fixed is an understatement. This noise was so elusive that they had the car for 2 weeks. The service tech spent every bit of time he had trying to hunt this issue down. They replaced a lot of parts just trying to find the right one. Well, I got the car back today and so far so good. Everything was covered under warranty and the noise seems to be gone. I couldn't have asked for a more dedicated crew to look into this for me. I was contacted daily with updates, assured that they wouldn't stop until the issue was resolved and at the end of it all, I felt that not only was the problem fixed but that the people who helped me genuinely were happy to have done it. Mercedes are higher end cars but they are affordable. So if you're in the market for a new vehicle, this dealership is more than worth it. I can attest to the fact that you won't get the same level of service anywhere else. These people don't just care about you and their job, they're proud of their jobs and are happy to be able to help people.
