  I had a great experience at Discount Tire on Fuller Street in Florence, KY. Dominic, Maciej, and Bill did an outstanding job from start to finish. The service was excellent — they took care of my issue quickly and professionally. What really stood out is that they fixed the problem without trying to overcharge me, make excuses, or add unnecessary costs like some other places do. Maciej even went the extra mile to make sure I was fully satisfied, which you don’t see often anymore. That level of care really made a difference. The shop was clean, organized, and the customer service was top-tier. Everyone was respectful, courteous, and worked efficiently to get me back on the road fast. If you’re in the Florence area and need tire service, I highly recommend this location. Honest, fast, and professional — hard to find these days.

  Call about getting my tires rotated they were overdue for rotation guy said there was two customers ahead of me I told him I'd be right up got their waited probably an hour and a half they still didn't get my truck in to get the tires rotated. I'll be shopping around for my next tires... Here's an update so I schedule online it's Tuesday 8:00 a.m. 26th of March I told the guy all I want is my tires rotated suggested I come back Friday at 8. I know one thing hell will freeze before I have any more service done at tire discounters the customer service is terrible.

  If I could leave a zero I would! I bought four tires that came with the free alignment. The alignment was not done while my car was there. so I had to bring it back at a later date at a 5pm appointment. They told me it would be an hour and a half, I returned two hours later at 7 and my car still hadn’t been taken care of or even started. I did not receive a call or text to let me know they were not running on time, And when addressed had no solutions other than to make me wait another hour Or so. They completed the alignment and it was still bad! forcing me to bring it back again, I’ve been a dedicated tire discounter customer for ever but I will not be anymore. Do not waste your time or money here!
