I purchased four Michelin tires, and everything from start to finish was smooth, professional, and pleasant. Tonia, the General Manager, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure all my questions were answered thoroughly. She also provided excellent suggestions and advice on how to make my tires last longer and to keep my car running in the best condition possible, which I truly appreciated. Khriss and Leigha were also wonderful — very kind, patient, and proactive in keeping me updated, including notifying me about the tire delivery delay and when my car would be ready for pickup. It’s rare to find such great communication and customer service these days, and this team truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning for future automobile needs!
