I drive 25 minutes to appointment and when I get there, they tell me they need to reschedule because of a scratch. Cool, I appreciate them being cautious with it. I have something to do on Friday, so I reschedule for Wednesday. Drop off car at 1pm pick up after hours at 515. There's a noticeable crack right in the field of vision of the driver. I try to reschedule on the website, nothing available until the next week. Call and I can't get ahold of anyone besides an AI that is completely useless, they just tell you to visit their website. It's after hours though so I understand. Call the following day during business hours and still cannot for the life of me reach a real person. Go back and forth with customer service while they're giving me snarky comments over text. They tell me to call an 888 number so I do, get someone and sit on hold for 10 minutes waiting to be transferred to someone at the shop. I get Robin, shop manager, on the phone and she's asks what the issue is. I tell her what's going on, and she defends her employees hard (I respect). Then she starts telling me she would trade my day for hers with no thought. I found that response very disrespectful. You literally have no idea what kind of day I had, and for the only person I've been able to reach after hours of trying to talk to a real person is very upsetting. Poor customer service. Poor follow through.
