    Worst place ever! Do not buy a car here! The lights on the dash went off randomly in my new Honda accord. They say after charging me $230 to check codes that the injectors are bad! Like what? And it’s not covered under warranty. The lady there Dillon noble called me names and cussed me. She said you bought it you deal with it and laughed at me.

    My daughter and I bought a brand new 2025 HRV from here and every single time we have taken the car in for maintenance we've been treated like a nuisance. The customer service is atrocious and scary tbh. Playing with peoples cars and money is never ok. We never get the same answer form anyone. We're gaslit in to believing we don't have certain plans and warranties, when we do. We've been told we haven't received services that we paid for and have receipts of completion. The last time she took the car in for maintenence, she was treated so poorly and given the run around about her tire and her warranty. Today I spoke with Nova on the phone about why she was sent an invoice for her tire repair and it was the most aggressive and unkind I have ever been treated by someone in customer service. First, Nova was irritated as soon as she answered the phone. After I explained the issue, where I was cut off by her, FYI: they screen your calls and know exactly who's calling, Nova became completely hostile when I asked for her name. I realize now, no one there wants to give their name because they talk to you like you're trash and ignorant. I was accused of not telling the truth and of being scammed. Nova told me I never got an oil change there, that I never received an invoice, that I absolutely had received and was horribly condescending and unpleasant the entire conversation. When she kept saying we never received the sevices we had receipts for I asked to speak to someone else. She asked "why" and when I stated it was because she was not able to help me she said nothing and placed me on hold, for 17 mins. Finally another woman answered the phone, not giving her name either and stated Nova was overwhelmed because they were busy and she wasn't able to see the information correctly. After speaking to her, it was confirmed that we did have the warranty, had received the services and did receive the invoice, in error. I could go on and on but does it really matter. Every experience at this place has been horrid. As an adult, just because you're having a bad day, doesn't give you the right to create circumstances that cause other people to have a bad day. Nova should be ashamed of herself and receive some kind of customer service training.

    My entire experience with Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence Ky. was pleasant from start to finish. The level of professionalism and customer service was outstanding. Several people jumped in to assist in the process. My salesman Shawn McGreevy was a referral from a family member and I’m so glad he was a part of my experience. He is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. He makes the process fun with his quick wit and sense of humor, not to mention his ability to get things done right. I give the team at Jeff Wyler Honda Florence Ky. a five star rating without hesitation.

    I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this dealership and their service advisor, Jeloni Sammy, regarding pricing and communication. I was given a $1,000 estimate for a repair, but when I received the invoice, the labor was significantly higher than what was originally quoted. When I asked for clarification, I received unclear and inconsistent explanations. The original estimate included two parts and labor, but I was later told the labor quote only applied to one part, and additional labor was added after the fact, which was not communicated upfront or at the time I approved the work. I was also told additional fees were related to asking questions and requesting to make a phone call before confirming the work, none of which was communicated to me as an additional cost. After further discussion, the final bill was reduced back down to the original estimated amount. While that brought it in line with what I was originally quoted, it was presented as a “goodwill adjustment” rather than addressing the lack of clear communication about the cost increasing during the process. Because I asked questions and tried to understand the charges, Jeloni Sammy informed me that I would not be welcome to return for future service, which felt unfair and dismissive. Overall, the repair was completed and a manager did apologize for how the situation was handled, but the experience around transparency, pricing communication, and customer treatment was extremely disappointing.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. The salesperson created a lot of confusion throughout the process and wasted nearly four hours without making any real progress toward a deal. On top of that, the manager was rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. What stood out the most was how judgmental they seemed based on appearance. Whenever I asked about certain vehicles, the response felt dismissive, as if they were questioning whether I could afford them. No customer should be made to feel that way. After leaving, I went to Performance Kings Honda in Mason, and the difference was night and day. Their team was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely worked hard to accommodate me and help finalize the deal. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
