This is a review for Parts only. We ordered floor liners for our new Buick. The dealer never notified us they had arrived. We left voicemails when they were a day past due, with no return call. We finally got the manager on the line the next day who said they weren't available yet, but would call us the next day. He never called. When they were 6 days late, I called again and was quickly told they weren't in, and to check back tomorrow. I finally called GM sales support, who called Jeff Wyler and magically they were found and ready to be picked up.

I scheduled a test drive with a Jeff Wyler dealership a week out. I show up and the car isn't even there. But they make me wait around 30 minutes before even telling me that. Don't waste your money with that incompetence.

Before you do anything verify the VIN and stock number. I inquired about a car online. Came in from 2 hours away and test drove it. Decided I wanted to buy. Called my credit union to get the paperwork started. They come back saying that car isn’t the one in the listing and it’ll be $5000 dollars more. This was the only vehicle like it on their site and they tried to tell me they sold the one from the online listing yesterday and the more expensive one I drove they just got 3 days ago. Can’t say for sure but seemed like a bait and switch to me. How does a dealership have a car on the lot and not in their system and not on online listings. I wasted my entire day for nothing. Also expect and attitude from Bill if you mention a credit union. He’s all smiles until he realizes they’re not going to make as much adding points to your interest rate. Edit: it’s been a 4 days (5 days since the vehicle was supposedly sold) and it is still listed on their website.

Went to look at a 2011 Silverado (VIN 3GCPKSE37BG159846) with cash in hand. Five minutes into looking at it, it's got a steady, significant oil leak along with failed o2 sensors and a misfire (via OBD read). You can hear this truck chuffing every 10-15 seconds. We asked if they'd looked at it and the salesperson said, "we just check to make sure its drivable." We asked if it's something they'd fix since an oil leak is obviously problematic and were met with a flat out "no," after dude talked to his manager. The website says, "Our PRE-OWNED vehicles are put through a rigorous 167- POINT QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTION along with an average amount of over $1,400.00 SPENT to recondition each vehicle so we can be sure to deliver you the highest quality vehicle like you deserve!" Not sure how on a 147 point inspection you miss a vehicle dripping oil, nor am I sure on how you can spend 'over $1400' to recondition a vehicle and leave an oil leak, misfire and bad o2 sensors but okay. Also? After we pointed these issues out and left when it was made clear they don't care bout quality, the vehicle dropped in price later that night. They know about the problems, so if you're looking at the 2011 Silverado with 166,029 miles on it listed for $9,823... don't.

If I could give no stars I would. Bill sold me the worst vehicle I've ever owned in my life. When purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan from them back in 2024 and it has had nothing but problems. Looked great a few scratches and worn out leather seat but mechanicaly seemed fine. Bought as is no warranty, big mistake. W Right away we had to put on new brakes all around they were so bad they were grinding. Three days after buying it the check engine light comes on, needed a thermostat no big deal. Bill calls me and tells me he left the tracker in the vehicle and had to drive to me to get it out of the vehicle. I let him know that the check engine light had come on and about the brakes but he told me there was nothing he could do becauseI bought it as is. A week later light comes on again, this time its low transmission fluid pressure. Bill calls me to follow up and asks if I am happy with my purchase, I call him back and leave a voicemail to let him know no I'm not happy with my purchase and told him of the issue it was having, no phone call back. Had to have the transmission rebuilt. A month later the filter housing had to be replaced because it was leaking. This morning we're driving into work and the vehicle just completely shuts off we lost electrical power, no check engine light no warning. I paid $10,996 for this vehicle and within the first year of owning it had to put more money into it than what its worth. I would never recommend anyone buy from this dealership they obviously only care about making a sale and not their customers.
