Even though it was after hours, he took the time to let me gather my belongings and stayed with me until my wife arrived. That level of care and professionalism meant a lot during a stressful situation. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. I received consistent updates, which kept me informed and reassured every step of the way. What really stood out was the persistence of Florence Body and Frame. They went to bat for me with my insurance company and never backed down, making sure everything was handled the right way. If you choose them, be patient—they’re committed to doing the job correctly, and it shows in the results. Highly recommend.

We a a shift issue and car was stuck in reverse in our garage which is on side of our home. It was a real challenge because once Mike got it into gear, emergency brake engaged and wouldn't come off. He stuck with it though! Above and Beyond!!
