The alignment was not done while my car was there. so I had to bring it back at a later date at a 5pm appointment. They told me it would be an hour and a half, I returned two hours later at 7 and my car still hadn’t been taken care of or even started. I did not receive a call or text to let me know they were not running on time, And when addressed had no solutions other than to make me wait another hour Or so. They completed the alignment and it was still bad! forcing me to bring it back again, I’ve been a dedicated tire discounter customer for ever but I will not be anymore. Do not waste your time or money here!

Every time we talk he listens to my concerns, confirms my vehicle and offers options to me. When their day is full Bill and his team find a way to get me on the road again. Listen people, tires are expensive and guess what- I don't shop around. Bill is the reason for that no question.
