I was told I needed brake pads and rotors, but a second shop confirmed they were still in good condition. Based on my experience, I didn’t feel the inspection was honest.

They were quick on getting me in on same service, but they were closing when I picked my two vehicles that I just payed $2,500 dollars to have all new tires installed on, upon the pick up of one vehicle my TMPS was throwing up Code on my Dashboard for the front Left tire, on the right front side they broke off a hub bolt and did not tell me about either issue’s as they let my wife leave off driving it upon pick up. Very frustrating and disappointing to spend that kind of money for car care and safety concerns where not taken into consideration from this location.

Avoid at all costs. They have terrible communication and when they changed my brake pads my entire car sensor and brake sensors got messed up. Also charged me for 4 tires and changed 4 when I specifically asked for two and when they tried to do a sort of credit for me, once I went back to get my brake pads changed after they said (the manager) it would be free, they told me they can’t because the labor guy won’t get paid. Like take it out of your managers check maybe don’t mess up so much I don’t know.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
