  Stopped by on a busy Friday afternoon with what happened to be a tiny nail in a bad spot on my tire. Tonia got me in and out as fast as she could and explained everything along the way. She even took me back to see how small the nail was and where it was on the tire. Gave me a good price on a tire. Everyone there was super nice and friendly.

  Tonia Tucker was incredible. She made my experience painless despite some hiccups with ordering. It was Tire Discounters hiccups, it was the vendor shipping the parts. I can't say enough good things about Tonia. I would also like to thank Steve Pallet for taking the time to talk to me about the upper control arm replacements.

  "CAN YOU COME BACK ANOTHER DAY" is what I was told when I showed up for my SCHEDULED 3:30 appointment at Tire Discounters on HWY US-42 in Florence, Ky Any other reputable tire shop would have CALLED their customers to let them know there was an issue and try to reschedule over the phone, but not these jokers!!! I do not recommend Tire Discounters, unless you don't care about your own time. Even the manager was trying to gaslight me over my issue. 0/0 stars. ** I will be speaking to corporate Tire Discounters about my negative experience today, and I hope someone is held accountable for their negligence.

  I made a walk in appt for 5pm on a Monday, but arrived a little early. Was greeted by the owners Tonia & Kyle who were friendly and professional. Chris took my car in and was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. Rolled out of there with 4 new Goodyear tires and knowing I’m safe and secure driving. If the scale is 1-10 - I’d give Tire Discounters on U.S. 42 in Florence an 11+! Highly recommended!

  Do not recommend. You might not get your car back. You might get the repairs or you might not. I left my car Monday night. I was told that the work might take a few days but I didn't mind because I was going out of town. I was told it would surely be done by Friday when I returned. I received no phone calls through the week. I returned to town and called to see if I could pick up my car Saturday. The employee I spoke to didn't know my car was even there, he initially thought it was at a different Tire Discounters, then told me that he found my car (in the parking lot where I left it), but that no work had been done whatsoever, that the work would probably take another day. Why, I asked? The manager was gone all week and no one else did any work while he was gone. OK. On Monday, I called to check-in. "Is it done?" I was told it might take another day (Tuesday) because of snow and that they might be waiting on a part - they weren't sure. Hopefully, they said, it will be done Monday evening. No call back. On Tuesday afternoon, I was told that they did not know the status of the car repairs or if parts were needed or if they arrived, or if any repairs were done and to try calling back Wednesday. It's been 7 full days and I don't know the status of my car or the repair and apparently Tire Discounters doesn't either. I'm told the mechanic here is very good. I wouldn't know. I would not go back here because the management is poor. 1-30-26: Update: I sent an email to Tire Discounters support a couple of days ago after they responded to my review below. Still nothing.
