Won’t be using them AND AAA ever again. The worst 1st and last impression.

That already shows a lack of transparency. Let’s be clear: you are only replying because this is a public Google review where people can see it. The truth is, you don’t care about people at all. Even if you were “just doing your job,” your staff was extremely rude and unprofessional from start to finish. While I was there in person, your driver not only demanded $600 in cash just to drop the truck — which is unbelievably selfish and predatory — but also started cursing at me. That alone shows the type of company you are running. So whether you want to call me a customer or not, the reality is this: dealing with your company was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. This review is here to warn others — if you value honesty, respect, and professionalism, stay far away from this place at all costs.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company — they will only cause you stress and frustration.”
