  Had my windshield replaced by Uriel . He was on time and very professional.. he showed up and got right to work explaining everything he was there to do . I would definitely recommend this company for any auto glass replacement!!!

  Tech Colin who came out to do the initial repair was super knowledgeable and detailed. Ended up having to get a new windshield which was schedule for the next day in shop. Installation took less than an hour. Rick did an excellent job. Everyone involved was extremely nice and helpful.

  I first made an at home appt, but the driver had an emergency so he couldn't come, the lady who rescheduled my appt was very sweet and apologized and offered to give me new windshield wipers for my troubles, I went to the location to get it fixed and they were done in about 25 minutes when I thought I would be there for 2 hrs! Also everything was covered by insurance! Amazing service!

  I originally planned to have my jeep windshield replaced at home. Unfortunately, it snowed and wasnt safe for them to work, and the guy that came was very nice and understanding about it. We scheduled it for a few days later on Friday. The lady calling said it would take 2 hours. So I switch everything up and leave the jeep overnight. I get a text friday morning they started. Within 30 minutes it was finished. Zach called, took my payment and I was done and ready for pickup. Give props to Zach, bless his sweet heart, he even peeled my hospital parking sticker off and stuck it on my new windshield. And he carefully placed all my ducks and chickens on the front seat (yes, im that girl and my kids stuff the jeep with stuff). Overall it was easy, and I am giving 5 stars for Zach and the original guy (didn't catch his name because the technician changed right before he arrived). Frustrating to move all my plans, switch cars, etc for 30 minutes though, so that could be better

  It has been almost a month since we filed a windshield claim, and the experience with the Safelite Florence, KY location has been nothing short of a disaster. From the very beginning, my wife was misinformed and poorly advised. She was initially told the windshield could be repaired, despite the crack actively spreading. Only after I personally went with her did we insist on a full windshield replacement, which should have been recommended from the start. This was on January 24, 2026, for a brand-new vehicle purchased only weeks earlier. Our first scheduled replacement was January 31. After driving 30 miles to the Florence location, my wife received a text minutes before arrival stating the wrong windshield had been received (we were also told someone “dropped it”). While already on site, the manager (Charlie) initially said they did have the windshield. Then, 30 minutes later, a technician admitted the glass would not fit properly, even though it was “for the make and model.” At that point, I requested the proper OEM windshield — a step that should have been taken immediately. On February 3, we received confirmation that the correct windshield was in, but had to reschedule for the weekend. We returned again on February 7 — our fourth visit. At that visit, Charlie was no longer present, and the manager on duty was condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional. He claimed no knowledge of our prior issues, blamed the parts department, offered no apology, and repeatedly said, “It’s not my fault.” He then stated he would need to contact the dealer and order the correct windshield — something that was supposedly already done after our previous visit. This resulted in yet another wasted trip, zero accountability, and complete loss of credibility. The lack of communication, repeated misinformation, and the way we were treated — especially during the final visit — was unacceptable. The manager on duty should not be dealing with customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you are prepared for repeated reschedules, incorrect parts, and poor customer treatment.
