The first time I came they put a flex/pipe ($166) on but I came back within a week or so because the car was STILL jerking. They then replaced my catalytic converter for a little over $1,000, but the issue continued immediately after. Another mechanic later diagnosed it as an ignition coil problem, which completely fixed the jerking. It’s clear my car was never test-driven—if it had been, the misfiring would have been obvious. I was never advised that the issue could be ignition-related or that a diagnostic should be done first. When I called to discuss it, I was told they “only do exhausts,” and I never received a follow-up call as told. I expected honesty and accountability, but instead I was left feeling taken advantage of. I cannot in good conscience recommend this shop to anyone.

The customer service is one of the best in the area. Gave me options depending on my budget. I highly recommend this place for your muffler needs.
