  Danni and Austin were (Awesome ) the service by this sales crew was beyond words. They worked hard to help you make a Perfect decision. Its like being one of their family members . They were knowledgeable funny caring . Kerry is lucky to have them. This is the first time that buying a car was totally enjoying. Thank you Danni and Austin. UNBELIEVABLE. The A team of car sales.

  PLEASE READ THIS—Post made on 12/7/25 This dealership is a joke and does NOT follow through on valid warranties. Do not spend your money here. Do not waste your time here with the horrible, dismissive customer service that will go through thick and thin to dismiss any claims you have and run you and your warranty into the ground. We will be buying a new car elsewhere and they have lost us and our family as customers. The car we own is a 2018 Santa Fe sport SUV with 74,000 miles on it. The car was burning oil due to the engine having KNOWN OIL BURNING ISSUES THAT REQUIRES a total engine replacement. We have a warranty when the car was bought back in 2018 and it expires when the car reaches 100,000 miles. .The first time my dad went they went over the car and they did an oil change and said “drive for 1,000 miles and come back and if you touch the oil we are going to start over.” 1,000 miles untouched went by and another car appt was made and they acknowledged that the car consumed 3.1 quarts of oil and they made a repair and said that it’s fixed and no need to come back. We have the notes/paperwork to prove all of this as well. Hyundai promised twice that they will replace the engine and have not done so to this day because they kept saying no after we came back for a third appt and said they never will. This is a dealership of false promises. I go to tire discounters to have a tire, brakes and battery replaced. The mechanic calls me and said “the car is leaking a lot of oil!!!” I immediately called my parents and told my dad to call Hyundai and say that the car is STILL burning and leaking oil (which is hard on your engine). The Hyundai employee Alex was very rude and unprofessional and proceeded to say that the car needs to be driven another 1,000 miles to come back to the dealership/shop and was not accommodating in anyway regardless of any frustration expressed over the phone and providing documentation saying that the car was fixed. Alex continued to push back and was very dismissive and said to come back when the car reaches 78,300 miles. Again we have a warranty that is still valid. I reach 78,300 miles and go to the dealership for 30 min total and was told by Alex that we either need to BUY a new engine (while under a still valid warranty) or BUY A NEW CAR!!!!! And that happened earlier THIS WEEK!! Alex made it very clear that they will not follow through on replacing our engine so the car can run smoothly and thinks that we will buy from them again (you are wrong). If you need an engine or anything replaced from this dealership please run fast and far from this horrible customer service. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Hyundai is know by many people to not replace things under warranty and will do everything in their power to not follow through with the warranty. Please do not buy anything from Hyundai, especially if the warranty is a motivating factor.
