  I had a very good experience purchasing my new vehicle from Kerry Hyundai. They had what I wanted, at a price I felt was fair, and the salesman that I worked with, Jason McMillan, was very responsive and attentive to my needs. I drove approximately 250 mi just to go pick up my new vehicle from them.

  Do not take your car to get serviced I called last month for a recall and a oil pressure sensor they said they can look at it for free then next month comes they say I have to pay for it which 170 which is crazy cause my last car I bought from here took it to them and all they did was reset the codes 0/10

  Hi! Not only this place gave us a great deal. They also gave us peace. I wanted a SUV. My mom wanted a Truck. This was a BIG thing in our lives to have a car in our name! So they helped us getting a car that we will BOTH love. It was a GMC Acadia. It was like a SUV and Truck gave birth. I highly recommend Tyler if you guys are having trouble picking. I will return anytime.

  If ZERO stars were an option, that’s exactly what this place deserves. This dealership turned what should’ve been a simple warranty visit into the most NIGHTMAREISH, disrespectful, infuriating experience of my life. I dropped off my spotless, accident-free Santa Fe Hybrid and they GAVE IT BACK TO ME DAMAGED — and now, because of their incompetence, my car has an ACCIDENT REPORTED ON CARFAX with DIMINISHED VALUE attached to it. General Manager Shay and Service Manager Joel were an absolute disgrace to deal with. Instead of owning their mistake, they passed the blame like children onto their trucking company and hid behind pathetic “park at your own risk” language that doesn’t even apply. Joel treated my very real concerns like an inconvenience, and management couldn’t have cared less — they wouldn’t even give me a LOANER while my damaged car just sits on their lot. This place has ZERO accountability, ZERO professionalism, and ZERO respect for loyal customers. They damaged my car, devalued it, wasted my time, and then acted like I was the problem. I will absolutely make sure they make this right through my attorney, but I’m posting this so everyone knows EXACTLY how Shay and Joel treat people before you ever trust them with your vehicle.
