    Car salesmen are great. Not a fan of their service department. Always feels like you’re getting a bad deal. Plan to run out my Wyler care and go elsewhere.

    My daughter & I have brought her 2014 CRV here several times & we haven’t had any major issues until 10/16/25. Older Honda vehicles have entirely too many issues & her CRV proves that! Mid-September, her Honda battery which has a warranty was failing so we brought it in. The battery was replaced, but the technician also found her starter and alternator were bad. Both were replaced, but here’s the kicker… My daughter & I have full time jobs & we also have part time jobs so there is absolutely no way for either of us to be without our vehicles even for a day. The so-called advisor informed us that we could get a brand-new starter & alternator, but it could take up to 2 weeks to get it & there is NO WAY that we could be down one car! The advisor then told my daughter that she could do the aftermarket parts then we could have her vehicle within a day, so we went with the aftermarket ones & that ended up causing even more issues. One month later, her car started having issues once again, so we called and set up another appointment the same day because we had to have her car. The person that scheduled the appointment told her that there is a chance that they couldn’t even check it until the following day which was ok since both of us were off. On the way to the dealership, all her lights on the dashboard came on, her doors began locking and unlocking, the headlights, her hazard lights died as we were pulling into the dealership, her power steering went out, her brakes began failing, and the list went on. The car died completely as we were trying to pull into the service area. My daughter asked if we could get a rental so we could do the things we needed to do & they did get us one. A short time later, my daughter received a call from the dealership stating that once again the battery needed replacement & upon further inspection the alternator once again failed! They told her that she would once again pay for the alternator which is ridiculous considering the only reason we went with the aftermarket was because we couldn’t be without our cars & we weren’t guaranteed that we would have a rental while they were waiting on the new alternator to come in so once again, she had to pay another $1200-$1400 At first, they told her they might not work on her car because they didn’t have any technicians and we asked for a rental and yes, they rented her one. Yet, she got a call about a hour or 2 later stating the battery once again was dead and being replaced. Then they said the alternator once again failed and needed to be replaced, but because the first alternator was aftermarket that we would have to pay another 1200-1400 which is ridiculous! Also, the advisor that took care of her Jay wasn’t the friendliest & he acted like you were bothering him & he was simply COLD! Personally, I would never deal with him again!

    Ask for Chad Jasper! I’ve known Chad for a long time, and he’s one of the genuinely good guys in the car business. I recently reached out to him about a 2500 Denali that was actually at a different dealer in the Wyler family, and he didn’t hesitate—he met me there on my day off and got me completely taken care of. That kind of service, loyalty, and follow-through is hard to find these days. Nothing but 5 stars for Chad! Highly recommend working with him if you want someone you can actually trust.

    Service itself was fine. However, please don't flirt with me and keep trying to. Please just check me in, make sure my car is okay, and let me know when you need my money. You don't need to ask for my number(even though you have my name pulled up and all of my information is there), ask me on a date, especially when I've told you I have a boyfriend and am taken. The service was fine, but focus on your job and not trying to get with a girl who clearly isn't interested. Please and thank you. I won't be coming back because I was uncomfortable and didn't care if the problem was even fixed.

    Recently swung into JW Florence service department on a whim. I had my air conditioner on my 16 Civic serviced multiple times at multiple places to no avail. Even without an appointment, Dylan greeted me and had a tech come out and pop the hood. They recognized some immediate concerns, she got an order written up and Justin Puckett was the rep who took care of me. They were able to get my car repaired within 2 days, even servicing a completely different issue that occurred after our first consultation. The price even came in under their initial estimate. I greatly appreciated the honesty, transparency, and speed of service provided. They went above and beyond to earn my business, and I will now utilize them moving forward for my service needs.
