I recently went to Jeff Wyler to have the windshield wiper hoses installed. They also did a complete inspection and shared a video with my 2009 Honda suspended to physically show me all the leaks that needed repair as well which was going to amount to $4,000 in repairs. I texted Mike Donnellon who told me to come see him and he would assist with a new car purchase. He introduced me to Rob Kellerman who took care of me with utmost professionalism. It's been 16 years since I've been to a dealership and they found a car within 24 hours to my liking with a unbelievable trade-in on my car with 254,000 miles. I finished up the sale Saturday morning in less than 2 hours. Mike & Rob, I appreciate your hardwork in getting me into my new 2023 Honda Accord with all the bells and whistles at a great price. I'll be back for my future business. Thanks

I had the pleasure of working with Nathan Ettienne in purchasing an Accord. Nathan was extremely personable, professional and always had a smile. Calm demeanor with great eye contact…listened to my requests to get in and out that day with a new car. Entire deal from start to finish including test drive was under 3 hours. If you need a new Honda…go see Nate! He makes car buying pleasant.

If I could give them a zero stars I would. My girlfriend bought a car from here for her daughter and on the test drive the service light came on. She was told they would take care of the problem and not to worry. She took it back 3 times because before she could even get home with the car the light would come on again. After the 3rd time she was told it was her problem. She hasn't had a lot of experience with buying cars and thought since this was a big dealership that she could trust them.

I'm a repeat customer at Wyler. At this location specifically I've bought multiple vehicles, new and used. They will never get my business again. I made an appointment for my 2017 Honda Accord that seemed to be having transmission issues. This particular model has a warranty extension due to a common issue with the torque converter failing, so I thought that could be the problem. Before I made the appointment, I spoke with a service advisor to ask questions about the warranty extension and whether my vehicle's symptoms could match that diagnosis even though it wasn't throwing any codes. I was told that yes, it could still be the issue even without any codes and the only way to find out was to bring it in for inspection. I made the appointment and they looked at my vehicle. Ultimately they called me to tell me that they were unable to diagnose any issues because it wasn't throwing any codes, and they can't do the warranty repair without any codes showing. BUT I still had to pay a $222 diagnosis fee for their time. In other words...they made me pay $222 to tell me what I already told them, which is that the car was not throwing any codes. They already knew there were no codes because I told them that, which means they already knew it would not qualify for the warranty repair. I would not have made the appointment if they had told me upfront that it needed to throw a code for them to make the repair. They made a conscious decision to withhold that piece of information to bait me into an appointment, to at the very least collect an easy diagnosis fee. On top of it all, they are claiming that my winter tires having aggressive tread could be the reason why it feels like my car randomly wants to stall out. Like, what? Just stay away from their service department. Plenty of very good import mechanics in this area that aren't money hungry and dishonest.

I recently retired from the Department of Defense and moved to Hebron KY and had to find a new Honda dealer for maintenance on my 2020 Accord. I have had it serviced several times at this dealership and frankly its been the best service department I have ever run across. To explain I have owned 10 new Hondas, this being my 11th and lived in five states (military). The service advisors have always been professional, friendly, never recommended services I didnt need, and always made me aware of costs up front and discounts I was not even aware of. The service techs are fantastic. I had fuel injectors replaced recently and the tech sent a video of the pre service inspection, pressure checked the cylinders to ensure a good head gasket, found a lose air hose connection and many other things. This was the first time a technician has ever gone to this length and I was suitably impressed. As a former Vehicle Control Officer in the Air Force It gave me a high degree of confidence in the technicians and dealership in general. I met the service manager who took time out of her schedule to discuss my happiness with the shop and I informed her directly about my experience. I am not sure if I am gonna buy a car again in retirement, but I will say this, if I do it WILL be from this dealership. This is the only place I go. Hats off to the team.
