    Ask for Chad Jasper! I’ve known Chad for a long time, and he’s one of the genuinely good guys in the car business. I recently reached out to him about a 2500 Denali that was actually at a different dealer in the Wyler family, and he didn’t hesitate—he met me there on my day off and got me completely taken care of. That kind of service, loyalty, and follow-through is hard to find these days. Nothing but 5 stars for Chad! Highly recommend working with him if you want someone you can actually trust.

    I was very displeased with the professionalism of this dealership. And quite frankly was disgusted with the way things went down during my deal on my car. After talking to a salesman for a few days and working a deal out on my trade-in in the car that I wanted I was told they had an appointment set up on the car and then I needed to come sign paperwork to hold it. Due to the fact I needed a cosigner I was only able to sign my portion of the paperwork they said that was more than enough to hold the car for me until my co-signer was back in town. Upon arriving I was asked for multiple pieces of paperwork that I was never told I needed to bring with me. Once I started signing the paperwork for my car I realize that the weiler care I was told that was included in the deal was not. Furthermore as I was signing my paperwork I had to do an e-signature. The finance guy asked if he could forward a link to my co-signer which I explained that she was unable to do anything until she got back in town. He explained that was okay and had me continue signing my half of the paperwork an e-signature. After I sign my e-signature he handed me the tablet back and asked me to sign again I asked him what exactly I was signing again he said e-signature and I said I already signed that and he said this was your cosigner's portion I told him I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do he said just scribble I told him I was uncomfortable signing anybody else's name and he looked super offended and annoyed with me I was super disgusted with the fact he was being sneaky and trying to blaze through that and have me sign for somebody else which is highly illegal so my recommendation would be be very careful while dealing with them and read carefully and ask lots of questions but my recommendation would be honestly to go elsewhere. After the deal was done I explained to my sales man that I was upset with that and he was even taken back that their finance guy tried to have me forge a signature

    Bought a used Chevy cruze. The salesman was really great. After test drive realized there were some oil leaks and tire pressure light was on. The car hadn't been through the service department yet so that was completely understandable. Told them that we would buy it if all leaks were fixed and tire pressure light was fixed. Went back when they said it was ready and it had a bad coolant leak. Had to leave and wait for that to be fixed. Went back and drove it again and it smelled like oil burning. Mechanic said it was residual. Drove it home and saw smoke coming out of the hood. They paid to have it towed back. The leaks seem to be fixed now. They put all new pressure sensors in the tires and a few days later a tire was leaking and the light was back on the dash. Took it to a tire shop and they said all the sensors were the wrong ones and one valve stem was installed wrong.

    The cards were definitely not stacked in my favor… I am a senior woman, negotiating a car trade for the first time by myself and doing it on the internet…And I live more than 4 hours away! I was scared I would make a mistake. I have spoken with many dealerships over the past few weeks in my search for a Honda Odyssey Elite(used). Not until I spoke with Scott, Dan, Chad Jennifer and a kind young man that helped us figure out how to put the car in drive did I know, without a doubt, this would be the dealership I wanted to do business with again and again. I called on Saturday morning and Saturday evening we were driving the van home. Sunday I received a text from the manager and then a call from Chad making sure we had made it home safely and he he took time to answer more questions and send me a link of how to videos. This group answered all our questions (and we had many) with patience and care. I know God had his hand in this as we found out we knew some of the same people and I witnessed this group handle business in a Christian manner. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know the drive was beautiful and quality of service is well worth it. Well done Jeff Wyler Honda! You have quality employees representing your company.

    I have been looking for a particular model, trim, and color car for close to a year and I finally found it at Jeff Wyler. The problem was the dealership is 9 hours away from me. I worked with Justin Staggs to purchase this vehicle sight unseen. He provided me the photos and videos that I asked for, he even called me via Facetime to show me this was legit. I had the car picked up by a car transport company and Justin ensured everything was handled while I was 9 hours away. I cannot say enough good things about Justin Staggs and this dealership. Also worth noting, Martin (Marty) Addison was amazing! I worked with him to have all the paperwork sent overnight to help close this deal in a timely manner. Simply put, buy from Jeff Wyler and ask for Justin!!!!
