  Bad business model. Scheduled an oil change in advance by two weeks plus. Just to come in and be told it would take 3 hours casually. Said they had a lot of walking. I’m not sure what the point of scheduling is these days with this type of business model. Rescheduled for the following weekend and I expect a similar result of an hour plus for an oil change. Can’t wait to sit in a waiting room.

  Sales sales, all they care about. If u think of the stereotypical scummy car sales, this is it. No outside financing, not polite, will push leasing hard, non removable add on (30$ light for 800$) . Told me I needed to sign a contract to buy before private inspection . Chris in finance was upset w negotiating price and said good luck finding a car; classy. Unless you want to get screwed over . I would recommend not shopping at Wyler especially this one.

  Nate is a great guy. I came in with my 2013 Hyundai Azera to get it priced and just look around at some cars. I am stingy about my purchase so I didn’t end up making a deal with this company but Nate— was an amazing helper. He was a great advocate and even offered to drop off my purse for me after I left it at the dealership in the Lexus. He agreed with me on a lot of points about how many woman are taken advantage of in the industry and as we all know Honda is a great car choice. Try Nate!

Everyone I worked with was helpful, professional, and truly went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced in previous vehicle purchases. I was more than impressed from start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about Chad Jasper, my sales professional. If it weren’t for him, I would not have had such a fabulous experience. His knowledge, professionalism, and dedication made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. This was, without question, the most positive car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Chad and the entire Jeff Wyler Honda team. Did I mention they drove my car down to me an hour and a half away?
